About

At Guiry Real Estate we help people buy or sell their homes, land or holiday homes.  While we operate as a traditional auctioneers, we also have funding to purchase homes should you wish not to go to the open market.  We pride ourselves on our customer service and we keep you informed at all stages of the transaction.

What are the main reasons for selling to a homebuying company?

How you choose to sell your home is always a personal decision, but here are a few scenarios that could make working with a house buying company seem more appealing.

  • You’re relocating for a job or other time-sensitive life change.
  • You inherited a home and want to liquidate that asset.
  • You don’t want to deal with the hassle of staging and showings.
  • You lack the time, budget or motivation to make needed repairs.
  • You’re selling a problematic rental property.
  • You want to avoid going into receivership.
  • You found your dream home and need to make an offer fast.
  • You need cash to get out of debt.
  • You’re going through a divorce.
